We celebrated Benaiah's first birthday at Mom's house with our family. Benaiah enjoyed his noodles, bread, carrots, and peaches. Then, it was time for cake....
He really, really got into the cake! Instead of putting shea butter on himself, he opted for buttercream!
After the cake, he had a bath.

Happy Birthday, Benaiah! I think I actually *said* it on fb ON his birthday but something happened and it didn't post. Then I got distracted and...well..I know you understand. Looks like he LOVED his cake :)
And I'm ignoring the snow post because it's enough that I have to look at the 2 feet of snow sitting in the yard waiting for June. Glad you southerners enjoyed it (though I guess you paid the price all those years you lived up here).
